Eddie and Christine are active owners of Beauty business'.

We are from totally different backgrounds. We connected through Social Media and discuss between ourselves a wide range of business pitfalls and explore strategies for success in the beauty industry and invite experts to chime in. Christine has owned and operated within her Thriving business for 20 years, been a licensed nail tech and esthetician for almost 30 years. Before starting her business, Christine had a successful career in accounting and business management, educated at Northeastern and UMASS studying mathematics, finance and management. As someone who has been around the industry her entire life, and starting her business, Christine found a way to merge her passion for beauty, education, and service and embrace a practical way to help people.

Christine has worked within the service industry and retail for over 35 years and really learned how to develop and grow in that industry.

Additionally she was one of the founding members of Aveda Lifeline group. This group gave data and information to Aveda so they could help other salons to understand their businesses in a general sense. In that time she worked with salons on a one on one basis with issues with understanding payroll, build out guidance, retail support, and many other topics. She discovered the passion for pushing salon owners to feel more empowered by helping them feeling more confident in topics that they felt weaker in.

Christine has also worked to become a Davines retail science lab and treatment lab certified educator helping salons increase retail by 30%

Eddie left a career in Business Management that spanned 18 years, to become the active partner along side his wife, Garan. She has been in the industry for over 12 years and triple licensed for 7 years. Garan has operated within their business as a manager, and Operator since opening in 2021. Eddie and Garan started their business with no debt and Eddie has utilized his passion for carpentry to build all the wooden salon interior elements including styling stations, wall shelving, and decor. Eddie manages and performs the administrative duties, accounting, budgeting, and he is self-taught in marketing and advertisement, analytics, financial forecasting, website design and implementation.
